Is an independent international non-profit professional council registered in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and operating within the legal framework of the European Union.

ECCD’s activities are guided by the principles of professionalism, cultural diversity, ethics, transparency, and respect for local contexts. - Governance and TransparencyECCD’s activities are carried out in accordance with its Statutes, Founding Agreement, and internal regulations, which ensure transparency in governance processes, accountability of the Council’s bodies, and the prevention of conflicts of interest.
